Jeg elsker ting som er enkle å lage, og denne luftige bananshaken er klar på 1-2-3. 

Jeg anbefaler å alltid ha noen oppkuttede bananer i fryseren, det er kommer alltids til nytte. Det går også fint å bruke vanlige bananer, og hvis man vil ha det litt kaldere, tilsett noen isbiter. 

Denne er fin både før og etter trening og som et lite mellommåltid… eller dessert

Ingredienser: 

 

2,5 dl ekstra lett melk eller en melk du liker

75 g banan (gjerne frosne)

15 g vaniljeproteinpulver
