2 hvitløksfedd  knust

Karbohydrater: 16g

Protein: 7g

 

 

Fremgangsmåte: 

  1. 1.     Kutt blomkålen i små biter

    2.     Tutt alle ingrediensene i en kjele og kok opp

    3.     Skru ned temperaturen til medium og sett på et lokk, la det koke i 20 minutter. Dersom det tørker må du kanskje tilsette mer kyllingbuljong

    4.     Mos alt sammen til det blir en fin mos, enten for hånd eller med stavmikser
