25 g sjokoladeproteinpulver

100 g fettfri gresk yogurt

10 g mandler

Fremgangsmåte: 

  1. Ha proteinpulver og melk i en bolle/glass og bland det godt
  2. Tilsett havregryn, gresk yoghurt og kaffe og bland alt sammen
  3. Sett grøten i kjøleskapet over natten
  4. Hakk mandler og strø på toppen
  5. Enjoy
